WW1 Italian(Came from Italy) powder flask-can – canteen all solid, no real “rust” just that surface fine marbeling seen on 100 year old metal., hald round and flat designed to facilitate pouring the powder out . strong container made for hard use. Wonderful item for trench display or dugout scene. Definitely a musuem piece that screams, “I was there!” I got it directly from military collector in Italy 20 yrs ago.
